(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of Arkema’s capital on March 14 and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.03% of the capital and 4.06% of the voting rights of the chemicals group.
The American asset management juggernaut explains that this threshold crossing is the result of an acquisition of Arkema shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
