(Boursier.com) — In a letter received on June 3 from the AMF, the company BlackRock Inc, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared that it crossed upwards, on June 2, the threshold 5% of the company’s voting rights Arkema. On behalf of these clients and funds, it holds 4,301,373 Arkema shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.79% of the capital and 5.04% of the company’s voting rights.
This threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Arkema shares on the market and an increase in the number of company shares held as collateral.
