(Boursier.com) — In a letter received on July 1 from the AMF, the company BlackRock Inc, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared that on June 30 it crossed the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of the company Arkema. It holds, on behalf of these clients and funds, 4,299,751 Arkema shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 5.79% of the capital and 4.97% of the company’s voting rights.
This threshold crossing is the result of a sale of Arkema shares on the market and a reduction in the number of Arkema shares held as collateral.
