(CercleFinance.com) – The company BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it crossed downwards, on June 30, 2022, the threshold of 5% of voting rights of Arkema and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.79% of the capital and 4.97% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing is the result of a sale of Arkema shares on the market and a reduction in the number of Arkema shares held as collateral.
