(CercleFinance.com) – Norges Bank declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on February 14, 2022, the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of Arkema and holds either 5.90% of the capital and 5.15 % of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Arkema shares on the market.
