The Arma license is very well known and appreciated by players, in particular thanks to the community aspect, which mods allow. Many mods have emerged, allowing the game, released in 2013, to last for almost a decade. However, it looks like Bohemia Interactive is ready for a next step.
Indeed, a major leak has taken place, which mentions that a game called Arma Reforger is about to be announced. Moreover, a few days ago, we learned that the developers would organize an event on May 17. Moment during which this new game could be revealed.

Moreover, many other information have leaked on this subject, on Reddit, in particular a PDF containing all the information relating to this production, which would also be released on consoles. The developers would aim to make it a bridge to Arma 4, which will arrive later. Arma Reforger would feature Bohemia Interactive’s new Enfusion engine. Regarding the game as such, we would be immersed in a fictional island called Everon in the Atlantic Ocean, all taking place during the year 1989, in an alternate world.
