“Let’s not whine, let’s do something about it.”

He wrote: “After the whole neighborhood was upset about this huge pothole that has been hampering cars and bikes for weeks, today I went out with my team and fixed it. I always say: let’s not whine, let’s do something about it do. Let’s go.”

A video shows him and his comrades-in-arms expertly repairing the road damage with a large bag of tar and several shovels.
