This delivery of a 10,000 m² building which will house the Orange group’s innovation center is part of the construction of an environmental service sector park which will eventually include 5 buildings for a total surface area of 25,000 m². Thanks to the Services Pole made up of a coworking space operated by Coworkoffice (ARTEA subsidiary) with meeting and seminar rooms, a restaurant, shops, a vegetable garden and greenhouse for urban agriculture, the teams of Orange and all users will be able to benefit from the ARTEPARC experience.
