ARTEA repays its Euro PP loan of €25 million at maturity
ARTEA (ISIN Code: FR0012185536, Mnemo Code: ARTE), a committed integrated player in sustainable real estate, renewable energies and services, today announces the repayment at maturity of its Euro PP issue FR0014002D70 with an issue value of €25 million.
This strain, initially issued in December 2018 for an amount of €6.8 million, then supplemented in 2019 for an amount of €18.2 million, had a maturity of 5 years and bore interest at an annual rate of 5.25% .
The refund will be made tomorrow on the contractual date.
