(Boursier.com) — Artémis, holding company of the family Pinaulthas just announced the appointment of Bénédicte Foucault as Tax Director and Nathalie Mabil as Legal Director.
Bénédicte Foucault graduated from the Paris Bar in 1998. After fourteen years in a law firm, first at Landwell et Associés (PwC), then at August & Debouzy from 2005, she joined Christian Dior Couture where she held the position of Tax Director from 2011 to 2022.
Nathalie Mabil graduated from the Paris Bar in 2007. She has a dual education in French and Spanish law. She worked for more than ten years in an Anglo-Saxon law firm in business law, M&A and Private Equity at Hogan Lovells and at HFW, in France and abroad. She joined the VINCI Group in 2017, first as Legal Director and Ethics Coordinator of VINCI Construction then, in 2021, as Deputy Legal Director of VINCI SA.
