Austria’s serial champions Red Bull Salzburg could (again) use top club Paris Saint-Germain. This time a young central defender is in the sights of the “Bulls”.
According to the French portal JeunesFooteux, it is specifically about the 17-year-old El Chadaille Bitshiabu. The Frenchman is considered to be a great hope for the future in the center of defense – he has already made nine appearances in the star ensemble across all competitions this season – but his future in Paris is said to be uncertain. This of course makes other clubs rub their hands: In addition to Salzburg, the two Premier League clubs Leeds United and Fulham but also the German clubs Leverkusen and Bayern Munich have their eyes on the 1.96 meter giant. The youngster still has a contract in the “City of Love” until the summer of 2024. It wouldn’t be the first time that the “bulls” have struck at PSG: in 2019 they even brought Antoine Bernede to the city of Mozart free of charge. To date, however, he has not been able to assert himself in Salzburg’s midfield diamond (also due to injury). He is currently on loan to Lausanne-Sport in the second Swiss division until the end of the season.
