ASHLER & MANSON, an expert in mortgage brokerage for nearly 20 years with more than 150 employees and 40 points of presence in France, is posting a good increase in its turnover, and is continuing its strategic deployment throughout the territory.
In fiscal year 2022, ASHLER & MANSON achieved revenue of €6.5 million (unaudited figures) compared to €4.3 million in fiscal year 2021, up 44% on a like-for-like basis, marked by :
– a sharp increase in its brokerage activities, particularly in the cities of Bordeaux and Lyon,
– the ramp-up of its brand license revenues, bringing the volume of network business to €10 million in 2022,
– the recruitment of new agents in the regions.
Despite a difficult context, marked by tensions on household purchasing power and a tense bank financing environment, ASHLER & MANSON is thus showing good momentum. The Group will have contributed nearly €900 million in loans negotiated in 2022, driven by strong demand for its expertise and skills to maximize the chances of many borrowers.
