Publish-editorial — Based on the annual accounts closed on December 31, 2021, ASHLER & MANSON confirms its eligibility
to the PEA-PME for 2023 in accordance with Implementing Decree No. 2014-283 of March 4, 2014 relating to the equity savings plan (PEA) and the equity savings plan intended to finance small and medium-sized enterprises and medium-sized companies (PEA-PME). Consequently, the shares of ASHLER & MANSON may be included in PEA-PME accounts.
