(AOF) – The General Meeting of AST Groupe shareholders held on January 21, 2022 approved the plan to transfer the listing of its securities from the regulated Euronext Paris market (Compartment C) to the Euronext Growth Paris market. , and granted all powers to the Board of Directors to implement this transfer of the listing market.
This project aims to enable AST Groupe to be admitted to listing on a market more appropriate to its company size and market capitalization. The transfer to Euronext Growth Paris should enable the Company to benefit from a regulatory framework better suited to ETIs while continuing to benefit from the attractiveness of the financial markets.
Listing on Euronext Growth Paris would take place at the earliest after the expiry of a period of two months from the General Meeting of Shareholders of January 21, 2022.
