(Boursier.com) — The Astek Group announces the acquisition of the French company Emisys, a project management consulting firm, which has 150 employees, spread over 6 agencies, for a turnover of 13 million euros.
For more than 10 years, Emisys has built an expert project management offer and has been able to meet the expectations of the largest industrial groups in the transport, energy, health, environment and industrial sectors. ‘industry. Present throughout the life cycle of a product, Emisys is involved in the governance of projects and all the associated support functions such as quality, purchasing, industrialization and the ‘supply chain’.

This operation allows Astek to strengthen its position and become one of the major players in project management in France, by bringing together the offers of Catep and Emisys.
