Released at the same time as the PlayStation 5, Astro’s Playroom is a demo that serves as a real experience for the DualSense, Sony’s new controller. Adventure that mixes platform and mini-games, the title makes us follow the brave astroa robot that has become a real mascot for the Japanese manufacturer since its appearance in the game in virtual reality, Rescue Mission. Proof of this is that our hero is now entitled to a nendoroid figurine.
A figurine for our Astro Bot
It fell a few days ago, Astro will be entitled to his own figurine from the nendoroid range. It is manufactured by Good Smile Company, famous manufacturer known precisely for this range, and offers us a faithful (and adorable) representation of our robot. It is about 10 centimeters high and is made of PVC.
Like every nendoroid, a base and accessories are provided. We can thus change his head, with several expressions, especially when he is happy or confused, as well as small objects, such as one of the coins to be collected in the game. We can also change his feet to put his reactors when he floats.

If the figurine tempts you, know that it has just been announced and is not yet available on the market: however, it has just opened its pre-orders at various retailers, and in particular at our long-time partner, Derive Figurine, a French and secure online store.
It is available at approx. 70.99€usual price for the range and can be pre-ordered now until June 30. The release is scheduled for March 2023., if all goes well. Of course, we always advise to pre-order rather than wait for the release, stocks being always quite fluctuating on the nendoroid range.
