Asus has just lifted the veil on three new laptops of the Vivobook range designed for work, casual games and entertainment. On the program: OLED, OLED and more OLED!

After announcing its new ROG Phone 6D Ultimate on the smartphone side, now the large family of ASUS laptops is enriched with new models, all more OLED than each other.

ASUS: the Vivobook family is growing

Earlier last week, Asus announced three new Vivobook SKUs: the 14 OLED (X1405), 15 OLED (X1505) and 16 OLED (X1605) models which come respectively with 14″ 3.2K OLED displays. , 15″ and 16″. For ever more faithful contrasts, the screens are equipped with DisplayHDR True Black 600 certification and offer a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. If the 14-inch and 16-inch iterations have 16:10 display format, the 15-inch version offers a more traditional 16:9 display.

In terms of design, these new models sport a dress in the continuity of what the Vivobook range usually offers us. So expect particularly thin and light screens, which can be swiveled flat 180°, as well as a metallic finish in “Indie Black” or “Transparent Silver”. We also find an HD camera, a full-size ErgoSense keyboard, a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, a USB 2.0 port, an HDMI port, a microphone-headset combo jack and the support Wi-Fi 6.

Complete laptops ready for different uses

Powered by Intel Core 12 processore generation, these new Vivobooks have a 1 TB SSD and 16 GB of DDR4 RAM, with a view to ensuring a comfortable experience during your daily activities. In addition to offering a fingerprint sensor for password-free connection using the touchpad, you can count on the presence of a 70 Wh “long life” battery to accompany your sessions.

Obviously, the Vivobook 14 OLED, 15 OLED and 16 OLED are once again designed for general-purpose use and are therefore intended for a relatively wide audience in terms of functionality. Whether it’s to optimize your productivity or simply to entertain you, these machines will probably have something to satisfy you, provided you pay the price. Because if for the time being we have no information concerning their price and their availability, it is a safe bet, given the on-board technologies, that they will not fall below the 1,300 euro mark.
