Will Ferrell has shown his love for the Los Angeles Kings men’s hockey team. He attended a game with impressive fan paint.

Will Ferrell (55) made it very clear which team he was cheering for last Friday at a hockey game at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. Wearing a black and white checkered face paint, he passionately rooted for the team in the colors of the Los Angeles Kings in their match against the Edmonton Oilers. A matching hat and a jacket with the Kings lettering completed the fan look.

With celebrity support to victory

The special trailer did not go unnoticed by the NHL club in the audience. “Will also brought his gameface”, tweeted he and published a picture of the star, who was hardly recognizable with the paint job. “Will loved the goal,” he later commented on twitter released video of Ferrell enthusiastically banging on the pitchside glass. The celebrity support brought luck to the team: The Edmonton Oilers lost to the Los Angeles Kings in the third game of the first round of the playoffs with a 2:3 defeat. With that, the Californians have a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven series.
