A 31-year-old woman died in a terrible accident in Vienna’s Prater on Tuesday evening. The gondola of a roller coaster hit the employee employed by the ride, confirmed police spokesman Markus Dittrich. The woman was therefore trapped by the gondola. Any help came too late for them.
Although the Viennese professional rescue service immediately initiated resuscitation, the woman could not be saved. She succumbed to her severe head injuries on the spot.
