The president of the National Rally, Jordan Bardella, is going to the Agricultural Show this Sunday. Only a few hours after the long chaotic visit of the President of the Republic, the MEP intends to continue his seduction of the agricultural world. And respond to Emmanuel Macron’s attacks.
After the eventful visit of the Head of State this Saturday, the Agricultural Show is preparing to receive a multitude of political figures. Among them: Jordan Bardella. The president of the RN was received very warmly last year and he hopes it will be the same this year.
Targeted at the opening of the event by the Head of State as being the Frexit party, the National Rally intends to fight back this Sunday. In a European campaign resembling a war of images, Jordan Bardella will seek to appear as the anti-Emmanuel Macron. The president of the RN will stay on site for 48 hours, “to take the time” explains his entourage to Europe 10. Above all, a way of showing his proximity to farmers, where the president has aroused strong hostility.
Seduction operation
At the RN, the agricultural crisis is seen as one of the symptoms of the policy carried out in Brussels by the President of the Republic. Jordan Bardella will defend his concept of “agricultural exception”, presented as being a bulwark against unfair competition.
Porte de Versailles, the president of the RN will therefore be campaigning with farmers, who historically vote to the right, even if nearly 30% of them voted in favor of Emmanuel Macron in 2022. Lowering this percentage means is the whole issue for Jordan Bardella, convinced that the current crisis proves his diagnosis on the European question right.
