As of October 6, 2022, Irata LLC finally holds 99,602,451 Atari shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 26.04% of the capital and 25.80% of the voting rights of this company.
These threshold crossings result from the acquisition of Atari shares on the market as part of the draft public tender offer filed on September 28, 2022 by Irata for the shares of the Atari company.
