(Boursier.com) — While the delivery of the building is expected for June 2025, Atenor confirms the arrival of the Boutique Hôtel d’entreprise by InSitu. The rental agreement with InSitu covers the entire surface area of the building, ie more than 5,000 m(2) for a firm period of 11 years.
The project is ideally located in the heart of the 16th arrondissement, one of the most prestigious in Paris, one of the major assets of which is also the strong urban mix between housing, services, commerce and wooded parks.
Atenor acquired Victor Hugo 186 in June 2021. This was its third investment in the Paris region, France representing 5%1 of Atenor’s portfolio (out of a total of 1,300,000 m(2) ). The restructuring works will start in 2023.
