The athlete Alica Schmidt has made her debut as a model. For the athlete, the experience was “a blast”.
The German athlete Alica Schmidt (22) actually specializes in the 400-meter run. In Milan, however, she ran through the stadium in a completely different role on September 23. She made her model debut at a Hugo Boss fashion show.
In a turtleneck, gray blazer, with sports shoes on her feet and a woolen hat on her head, the 22-year-old ran across the lawn for the luxury fashion manufacturer as part of Fashion Week. Her inexperience in the fashion business could not be seen in the self-confident-looking sportswoman.

In addition to Schmidt, who lives in Berlin, the model greats Gigi Hadid (26), Irina Shayk (35) and Joan Smalls (33) were also part of the Hugo Boss presentation. The athlete posed together with the others in front of a billboard in the stadium, as in an Instagram post from the athlete you can see. The experience was “a blast” for her, commented Schmidt on several pictures that she also shows with the TikToker Khaby Lame (21).
Alica Schmidt was born in Worms in 1998 and spent her childhood in Ingolstadt. She became internationally known from 2017 after various media described her as the “hottest athlete in the world”, among other things. In 2021 she took part in the Olympic Games in Tokyo – but only as a substitute runner. She currently has more than 2.5 million subscribers on Instagram.
