Atmosphere like at the campfire: These fire bowls make it possible

A beautiful fire in the garden: who doesn’t like that? A fire bowl offers you exactly that. Models are up to one meter in diameter not subject to approval and can therefore be set up in the garden or on the terrace.

Where can a fire bowl be used?

Fire bowls are usually placed in the garden or on the terrace. Basically, the following applies: Set up the bowls outdoors and make sure that there is no roof nearby. The subsurface must be stable, level and fireproof; a stone, sand or tiled floor is a good choice. Also make sure there is enough distance between the fire bowl and the floor covering so that there is no heat build-up, which can cause cracks and breaks.

What types of fire bowls are there?

A fire bowl is usually made of a heat-resistant metal such as steel or stainless steel. Ceramics and clay are now used less often because these materials cannot withstand high temperatures over long periods of time. Steel fire bowls are inexpensive, but rust relatively quickly. Although bowls made of stainless steel remain rustproof and inexpensive, they are comparatively expensive.
