Lhe nuclear issue has never ceased to be present in the debates surrounding the war in Ukraine. Vladimir Putin has often mentioned the use of atomic weapons, but always not explicitly, leaving his minions – including former President Dimitri Medvedev or Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov – to issue more specific threats.
