(CercleFinance.com) – The company BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on November 22, 2022, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Atos and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.60% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Atos shares off and on the market and an increase in the number of Atos shares held as collateral.
