(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on February 22, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Atos and held 5.65% of the capital and voting rights of the IT services group.
The American asset management juggernaut specifies that this crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Atos shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
