PARIS, Feb 10 (Reuters) – Atos ATOS.PA announced on Thursday a simplification of its governance around three distinct business lines and four regions “in order to accelerate its transformation (and) return to the path of growth”.
The digital services specialist, faced with a succession of difficulties for several months, will be divided into three activities called “Tech Foundations”, which requires a lot of material investment and immobilization of assets, “Digital”, i.e. services which are based on expertise and skills dedicated to digital, cloud and decarbonization issues, and “Big Data & Security (BDS)”, dedicated to cybersecurity.
The four regions will be Northern Europe, Central Europe, Southern Europe and Americas.
