(AOF) – Atos SE will present the parameters of its refinancing framework to its financial creditors on Monday April 8, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. CET. In this regard, all creditors holding unsecured financial debt of Atos SE are invited to immediately contact Kroll, which acts as information agent. The IT group will provide information to the market on Tuesday April 9 before the markets open.
“Atos will inform the market in due course of the progress of the refinancing discussions with its financial creditors, which could potentially result in an evolution of its capital structure following a global and final refinancing agreement, which may include the issue of new equity securities which will result in dilution of existing shareholders,” specifies a press release.
