(CercleFinance.com) – Atos announces the appointment of Paul Saleh as Group Managing Director by the board of directors, replacing Yves Bernaert.
Paul Saleh’s inauguration takes effect today. Jacques-François de Prest joins Atos as Group Chief Financial Officer effective January 29, 2024.
Atos also announces the appointments of Sujatha ‘Suja’ Chandrasekaran and Monika Maurer to the Board of Directors, strengthening its skills in the strategic areas of digital technologies and major transformation projects.
Other appointments of directors are currently under consideration, in order to continue to strengthen the board of directors during this period of transformation.
Paul Saleh’s priorities are the refinancing of the Group’s financial debts and current or future negotiations, notably concerning the sale of the Tech Foundations activity to EPEI and the Big Data & Security (BDS) activity to Airbus.
