PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–The digital services company Atos announced on Monday its intention to sell its entire stake in the payments specialist Worldline, or around 2.5% of the capital.
The sale will be carried out within the framework of an accelerated placement with institutional investors with immediate effect, the group said in a press release.
The final terms of the placement should be announced no later than June 14 and settlement-delivery should take place on June 16.
