AT&T: has finalized the sale of its subsidiary Xandr


(CercleFinance.com) – AT&T announces on Monday that it has finalized the sale of its advertising subsidiary Xandr to the software giant Microsoft for an amount that has not been disclosed.

The American telecom operator specifies that the scope of the transaction does not include the sale of advertising space for its DirecTV satellite television service.

Xandr, a programmatic buying technology, allows advertisers to easily access offers available on all advertising platforms in order to find real-time audiences at scale on all types of screens.
