Attack on Titan: the first half of the 3rd part of the Final Season finally dated with titanic trailer

The animation studio MAPPA continues to delight fans of Japanese animation in recent years, with again recently the phenomenon chain saw manwhich sublimated the manga. Earlier in 2022, we were able to revel in the second part of season 4 of The attack of the Titans, which obviously did not mark the end of the adaptation of Hajime Isayama’s work since there were still several uncovered volumes. Scheduled for 2023, we had only been entitled to the visual at the end of the article to get our teeth into since its announcement… until Tuesday. Obviously, if you’re not up to date, don’t watch the trailer below and do not read what follows at the risk of being spoiler.

To begin, let’s clarify the meaning of the title of our article. In effect, Shingeki no Kyojin The Final Season is finally divided into three partsor so we thought, because MAPPA also goes split the broadcast of the last in two. So much the better for the animators who chain the projects, but it starts to pull the rope with this final season which never ends. The first court will therefore be broadcast from March 3while the second will arrive later in the year.

In terms of the content featured in today’s video, we have a new look at the Large Earthworks and the terror provoked among the populations seeing the hordes of Titans ordered by Eren. The latter is shown as a child, a passage that readers of the manga obviously know well. It remains to be seen whether the end of the anime will be a faithful transcription of the manga or whether changes are planned. In any case, the quality promises to be there and give us a big slap.

All the volumes of the manga are available in French at pikasold for €7.20 each to the Fnac. Incidentally, the author will be present at the Angoulême International Comics Festival which will take place from January 26 to 29.
