In a special session, the Israeli government decided to take measures against several attacks in Jerusalem. Among other things, gun laws are to be relaxed in order to make it easier for citizens to access guns. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also announced targeted operations by the security forces to collect illegal weapons and measures to strengthen Jewish settlements.
