Netflix will remove many programs from its schedule in June. Find here the list of films and series concerned.
End clap for more than a hundred programs on Netflix. In June, many films and series will stop being broadcast by the platform. Indeed, this one does nothing but buy broadcasting rights for a given period. The contract is not systematically renewed, especially when the number of views is lower than expected. This type of deletion therefore does not affect flagship titles.
However, in June a number of classics and blockbusters will bow out. Note, for example, the end of the availability of several animated films such as The Grinch, Sausage Party: Food Privacy, The Adventures of Little Brown Bear, Trotro, Full Metal Alchemist Where A monster in Paris. Big Hollywood productions, more or less dated, will also be among the victims, such as Pursuit of Happiness, It, Mortal Engines, Elyseum, Equalizeror both Amazing Spider-Man. French films sidethis will be the last opportunity to see L’Arnacœur, The Concert and 120 beats per minute.
Fewer subscriptions therefore fewer programs on Netflix?
This kind of operation happens regularly at Netflix, but they could take on a larger scale in the months to come. Faced in 2022 with first drops in the number of subscribers, the group would indeed consider being more demanding on the effectiveness of programs in order to save money. Unprofitable films and series could therefore be removed more quickly.
