The corresponding notice of meeting was published in the BALO on April 4, 2022, as well as on the company’s website (www.aubay.com). It contains the agenda for this Meeting, the draft resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors and the main procedures for participation, voting and exercise by shareholders.
All the documents and information concerning this Meeting (mainly included in the 2021 Universal Registration Document filed with the AMF on April 19, 2022 under number D.22-0303) are made available to shareholders under the conditions and deadlines provided for by the regulations in force and in particular, the information referred to in Article R.225-73-1 of the Commercial Code published on the website www.aubay.com.
