Following the resignation presented by Mrs. Sophie Lazarevitch from the directorship she held at Aubay, the Aubay Board of Directors proceeded on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 to co-opt Mrs. Clara Audry.
The company would like to thank Sophie Lazarevitch for the ten years during which she provided her expertise to the various governance bodies in which she participated.
Clara Audry, a graduate of Audencia Nantes, began her career in the world of Private Equity at NextStage. She then joined the tourist accommodation platform onefinestay to launch the activity in France and then manage the expansion in Europe before the takeover by the Accor group. She then returned to the world of investment, first at CapHorn and now at Jolt Capital, a management company investing in European Deeptech growth companies. His balanced experience between a financial and operational background, which exposes him to cutting-edge technological challenges, gives him a profile that is perfectly suited to the environment in which Aubay’s Board of Directors operates, which is delighted with his arrival.
Through this cooptation, Aubay maintains the high level of expertise that unites the members of its Board of Directors, ensures compliance with its commitments in terms of independence (33% of independent members on the Board), parity (40 % of female representation on its Board of Directors) and guarantees both the efficiency and the independence of its audit committee, of which Clara Audry will assume the chairmanship.
