Aubay: the balance of the dividend will be paid on May 21

(Boursier.com) — The General Meeting of Shareholders of Aubay met on May 14 at 9 a.m., at headquarters, under the chairmanship of Christian Aubert, Chairman of the Council. All of the resolutions, all supported by the Council, were adopted.

In particular, the shareholders approved the resolutions relating to the corporate accounts, the consolidated accounts, and the allocation of results which set the dividend at 1.20 euros per share.

Taking into account the deposit of 0.50 euros per share paid on November 10, 2023, the balance of 0.70 euros per share will be detached on May 17 for payment on May 21.
