Aubay’s momentum does not weaken

A more than winning bet for Aubay. Even though it had raised it twice, the digital transformation group exceeded its turnover target in 2021. At the end of December, it posted 470.6 million euros in revenue. Growth, purely organic, reached 10.4% over one year. It was 9.2% in France and 11.5% internationally. ” The fourth quarter was particularly dynamic on all fronts (commercial success, active recruitment, dense production in all sectors combined) with organic growth of 12.5% and very positive activity indicators “, explains Aubay.

Many recruitments

The other good news comes from the very good recruitment campaign, an essential theme in the sector to be able to meet demand. Aubay welcomed 205 new employees in the fourth quarter, after 215 in the summer and 326 in the first half. In total, the workforce increased by 11.3% last year, to total 7,306 employees. This performance demonstrates Aubay’s ability to attract talent and its confidence in the development of business over the coming quarters. For 2022, the group expects organic growth of 7% to 9%, above cruising speed (5% to 7%), combined with an operating margin on activity of between 9.5% and 10.5% . In 2021, this margin is expected at the top of the forecast range, i.e. closer to 10.5% than 10%, thanks to a good level of growth and a high activity rate of 94.1%.
