A Paris hospital professor has put up for sale, for more than 2,270 dollars, on an online auction site, a radio belonging to a survivor of the November 13 attacks on which you could see a Kalashnikov bullet. Martin Hirsch, director of the AP-HP, denounced “odious behavior” and announced to seize justice and the Council of the order.

Violation of professional secrecy is punishable by one year’s imprisonment and a fine of 15,000 euros, according to article 226-13 of the Penal Code. The doctor also exposes himself to disciplinary proceedings which can go as far as radiation.
In the first version of his ad published on the OpenSea site, which specializes in the NFT market (a technology for selling and buying digital objects), Emmanuel Masmejean went so far as to specify that the radio belonged to a woman with lost her companion on the evening of November 13, 2015 and that she had “an open fracture of the left forearm with a remaining Kalashnikov bullet in the soft tissues”.
