Audacia (FR00140059B5 Euronext Paris – Growth), announces today that it has increased the resources allocated to the liquidity contract entrusted to INVEST SECURITIES by the contribution of 35,000 euros in cash.
This increase, in accordance with the provisions of article 4 of AMF decision no. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021 (the “AMF Decision”), aims to rebalance the cash and securities resources of the liquidity account and aims to ensure better liquidity for the security and, where applicable, avoiding price shifts not justified by the market trend.
