Lhe body of an octogenarian was found on Friday July 22 in a freezer at her home near Carcassonne, Agence France-Presse learned from the prosecutor’s office on Sunday. “A lady was discovered in a freezer, an investigation to find the causes of death has been opened,” the Carcassonne prosecutor’s office told AFP.
The body of this woman born in 1941 was discovered at her home in Salsigne, about twenty kilometers north of the Aude prefecture. “An autopsy will take place in the coming days,” said the prosecution. The investigation was entrusted to the research brigade of the Carcassonne gendarmerie.
