Audience of “Star Academy”: a good deal for TF1

HASalmost fourteen years of absence, star Academy celebrated its big comeback on the air on Saturday October 15 and the audience was one of the main question marks. As reported by puremédias, which relays the figures of Médiamétrie, the success of the famous musical program has not faded since the first bonus of the tenth season brought together 4.84 million French people on average, or 24.9% of audience share of the public as a whole.

Whether star Academy was successful in its comeback, however it was overtaken by France 3 and its TV movie Murders in Nancy, which brought together an average of 5.06 million thriller fans. But telecrochet reached a market share of 49.8% among women in charge of purchases under 50, an essential commercial target for TF1, which is excellent news for the first channel. According to Médiamétrie, the second, shorter part attracted 4.16 million French people from 11:12 p.m. to 11:40 p.m., or 32.9% market share.
