AUPLATA MINING GROUP: Extension until April 14, 2023 of the maturity of the ORNANE issued on September 12, 2022 – 01/17/2023 at 6:00 p.m.

announces the conclusion of an amendment (the ”

Amendment

“) to the contract for the issue of bonds redeemable in cash and/or in new and/or existing shares (the ”

ORNANE

“) entered into on September 12, 2022 with an investment fund represented by Yorkville Advisors Global LP (the ”

Contract

“) (read the press release of September 13, 2022), in order to extend the maturity of the 35 ORNANE in circulation.

Under the terms of the Contract, the initial maturity of the ORNANE was set at 3 months from the issue of the ORNANE, i.e. until January 14, 2023. Under the terms of the Amendment to the Contract, the maturity of the ORNANE in circulation is postponed by 3 additional months, i.e. until April 14, 2023.
