(Boursier.com) — The General Meeting ofaurea decided to distribute, for the financial year ended December 31, 2021, a dividend of €0.15 per share, with the possibility for each shareholder to opt for payment of the dividend, either in cash , or in new shares. The option period, opened on July 8, ended on July 26. 48.52% of the rights were exercised in favor of the reinvestment in shares.
The number of new ordinary shares issued for the purposes of the payment of the dividend in shares is 84,931 new shares, representing 0.85% of the capital and 0.50% of the gross voting rights, on the basis of the number of shares in circulation on June 30, 2022.
Taking into account these 84,931 new shares, Aurea’s capital now consists of 10,108,593 shares.
The new shares carry dividend rights from January 1, 2022 and are immediately assimilated to the ordinary shares making up the share capital of Aurea. They will be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris on August 1, 2022.
The total cash dividend amounts to 698,470.01 euros and will be paid on August 1, 2022.
