Convening of an ordinary general meeting within the framework of
the alert procedure
The AURES Group informs that it has convened a general meeting within the framework of the provisions of articles L.234-1 and R.234-3 of the Commercial Code.
This summons comes following the request of the auditors by registered mail received on October 2, 2023.
This general meeting, during which the special alert report of the auditors will be presented, will be held on November 2, 2023.
The notice of meeting will appear in the BALO on October 18.
Given this summons and the information given on August 23, 2023 on the ongoing negotiations and the warning of a very tense cash flow situation, the AURES Group announces that it will publish a press release immediately following this one relating to the conclusion definitive of a financing agreement granted by an industrial group as part of the negotiations previously mentioned.
This agreement is part of the actions taken by the Group to improve its cash flow situation over the next twelve months.
