COMBINED GENERAL MEETING OF JANUARY 26, 2023
TERMS OF PROVISION OF PREPARATORY DOCUMENTS
Company shareholders are invited to attend the Combined General Meeting to be held on:
Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 10:30 a.m.
at the Novotel Evry Courcouronnes hotel – 3, rue de la Mare Neuve – 91080 COURCOURONNES.
The prior notice including the agenda and the draft resolutions was published in the BALO of
December 21, 2022 and the notice of meeting will be published in the BALO of January 11, 2023 and in a newspaper of legal announcements of the same day.
The preparatory documents for the Meeting set out in Article R. 225-73-1 of the French Commercial Code are posted on the company’s website (www.aures.com).
The preparatory documents for the Meeting will also be made available to shareholders.
Thus, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions:
any registered shareholder may, up to and including the fifth day before the Meeting, ask the company to send him the documents referred to in articles R.225-81 and R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code, if necessary at his request expressly by electronic means.
For holders of bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the provision of a certificate of participation in the bearer share accounts held by the authorized intermediary;
any shareholder may inspect the documents referred to in Articles L. 225-115 and R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code at the company’s registered office.
