A Czech man had a fatal accident in the “Kitzsteinhorn” ski area (municipality of Kaprun) on Monday afternoon. For reasons that are still unclear, the 66-year-old collided with a 53-year-old Dutchman, the police said. Despite immediate first aid, the emergency doctor could only determine that the Czech man was dead. The Dutchman was flown to the Zell am See hospital with injuries of an unspecified degree. The Salzburg public prosecutor ordered an autopsy.
