L’Avignon Geek Expo will be our first show of 2022 and this is an opportunity for us to continue to put new things in place on our stand. For our sixth season of virtual reality animation, we will therefore be offering new games, new experiencesa “Beat Saber Tournament” space, another dedicated to simulation with our simulator on cylinders and spaces in free roaming where visitors can pretend to be IndianaJones trying to cross a citadel from the top of its ramparts.

Our stand is located in the main hall of the show and we have divided it into five distinct parts: one welcoming visitors from the age of seven (4 helmets), one for those aged twelve and over (4 helmets), one for those aged 16 and over (4 helmets), another for the simulator and, finally, a last dedicated to the free roaming. In the first, we will offer seated experiences with 360° cartoons, discoveries of works of art, games and explorations of virtual worlds on land, in the air or under the sea. In the second, we will offer many games, some of which are multiplayer. It will thus be possible to play delirious tennis, more than futuristic squash, dodge-ball to the tunes of trona FPS original offering to fight against crystal enemies, a completely crazy rhythm game where you have to kill your enemies with a revolver while keeping the rhythm or even a slightly mythological investigation game where you have to go in search of clues to know who we are. There will even be retrogaming in a game where you have to constantly divert your attention from your mistress in order to progress through the levels on your portable console.
The third part is the one intended for our driving simulator on jacks dbox. Throughout the weekend, there will be a challenge Project CARS 2 which will see the two best times rewarded with prizes (1 per day). To win, it will therefore be necessary to know perfectly how to drive a racing car (of the Formula 1) on a well-known circuit which will be chosen on the spot. Five minutes is the time you will have to get there.
On the technical side, we will be equipped withOculus Quest 2ofOculusQuest and a few Oculus Go more suitable for young audiences. We will also be accompanied by a few laptops including a Razer Blade 15, Omen by HP 15 and ASUS Rog Strix to offer PC experiences. VR. Only the simulator will be paired with an Alienware Aurora R10 with a Ryzen 9 3900x and a GeForce RTX 3090, and an HP Reverb G2 virtual reality headset.

So we give you an appointment, from Saturday 12 February, at theAvignon Geek Expo 2022Saturday between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., and Sunday 13 between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. to Avignon Exhibition Center.
