For its seventh edition, L’Avignon Geek Expo will open its doors on February 10 and 11in the heart of the Avignon Exhibition Center. After six successful editions, the show organizers remain faithful to the original concept making this convention a real melting pot of universes which targets a very broad audience, whether geeky or not. This year, the themes present will be, without being exhaustive, cinema, series, comics, special effects, mangas, comics, gaming, the VR and cosplay.
L’Avignon Geek Expo will welcome, like every year, prestigious guests like Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy in the saga Harry Potter), Raphael Luce (Henry Creel in Strangers Things and an appearance in Loki), Mr. POF (videographer onTikTok), Laure Guibert (Bénédicte in the series “Helene and the boys” And “The Mysteries of Love”), Jean-Robert Lombard (the Father Blaise In Kaamelott) or Victor Dorobantu (The thing in the series ” Wednesday “). The main stage of Hall A of the Avignon Exhibition Center will once again be the scene of the cosplay competition for this seventh edition of theAvignon Geek Expo. It will take place on Sunday February 11, 2024 and renowned cosplayers will judge and reward the best participants, with various winnings! As for video games, there will be plenty to have fun with areas dedicated to Call of Duty, FC24 (Ex FIFA) And Fortnite. For our part, we will be present with a large stand where, as usual, virtual reality will be king. We will detail the content next Wednesday, but already know that you will be able to take advantage of our cylinder simulator to fly in the air, play sports, discover VR, and enjoy MR experiences.

The ticket office is open, do not hesitate to get your tickets in advance to avoid waiting in long queues and benefit from a favorable price. In terms of prices, it is between €15 per day and €20 for the entire weekend. The child rate (6 to 11 years old) is €11 for the day and €15 for two days.
